Welcome to the Campaign Join John Siamas in his fight to bring transparency, accountability, and innovation to Florida State Senate District 21. When elected, John will donate all of his salary to a nonprofit organization that helps homeowners with their legal fees in lawsuits against corrupt HOA Board members. He will not be asking anyone to spend their money donating to his campaign because he does not want Floridians to spend their hard-earned money and does not want to give an opportunity for any special interest group to try and donate in an attempt to influence him. John WILL NOT be bought. Platform • Insurance Reform Act Introduce the “Insurance Reform Act” to end the corruption that has led to outrageous insurance costs, making insurance more affordable for the average Floridian. • HOA Accountability Act Introduce the “HOA Accountability Act” to penalize and deter corrupt HOA Board members, ending the incessant corruption that has plagued HOAs. This act will also require a higher level of transparency for Homeowner’s Associations. I will also donate my entire salary to a nonprofit organization that assists homeowners with their legal fees against corrupt HOA Board Members. • Real Estate Tax Credit Provide a real estate tax credit to homeowners who pay association dues that include services such as trash collection and road maintenance. These services are normally provided by the state, and since they are not, homeowners should not be paying twice for the same service. • Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Adoption Promote the adoption and application of blockchain and cryptocurrency to ensure financial independence. Florida must lead the way to become a model for the rest of the country. • Invest in Future Technology for our Schools Introduce the latest technology to schools to prepare children for the world and the workforce with the highest paying jobs, and give our teachers the resources they need. Introduce finance, banking, software development, coding, and taxes to the school curriculum. About John Siamas
