My complaint about IMA Lakeland is with the administration. When you call to send a message to the doctor, they ask a lot of questions. Furthermore, on two occasions, I was accused of making statements over the phone that weren’t true, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed about the alleged statements. I actually felt scolded and accused. I’m a serious adult and shouldn’t be dealing with that kind of situation. But I easily resolved this issue by changing primary care physician. I found an independent doctor who isn’t under the control of IMA or any other administration.

These are the nicest staff you ever want to meet. I have been seeing Dr Tosado which is a very patient Dr and a great listener. She and her team all across the board are the best! Thank you IMA! I really, really appreciate it

Great doctor with a perfect bedside manner and a perfect office staff. Couldn’t ask for a better combination of professionalism and personality. Highly recommend.
