Braylin, a patient care tech on our Med Surge Unit 1, recently was selected as a WOW! Team Member of the Month. The honor recognizes team members who go above and beyond job descriptions and expectations while supporting other team members and taking care of our patients and customers. Her nominator wrote in part: “I know I can count on her to have my back. A few shifts ago I had a patient that needed to be bathed and turned. I looked in the hall to see if the assigned PCT was available and they weren’t. However, Braylin was in the hall and did not hesitate to come help me. I look forward to every shift I work with her and have patients tell me how thankful they are to have a PCT that helps like she does.’’ Congratulations, Braylin! We’re proud of you!
