The Oaks of Clearwater Names Davonne Howard as January 2025 Employee of the Month

The Oaks of Clearwater is proud to recognize Davonne Howard, Maintenance Technician, as our January 2025 Employee of the Month. Davonne was unanimously selected by the nominating committee for his dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

Known for his infectious smile and eagerness to serve, Davonne exemplifies a team-first mentality, always putting the needs of others above his own. He takes the time to learn residents’ names, understand their personal preferences, and go the extra mile to ensure The Oaks feels like home for everyone.

“When we think of someone who has an infectious smile, Davonne immediately comes to mind,” said Marketing Director Kimberly Schroeder. “He brings an energy and kindness that makes a difference every single day.”

A recent graduate of Pinellas Technical College, Davonne holds a certification in facilities maintenance and has already shown great ambition in his career. He recently became an apprentice through the State of Florida, eager to continue learning and growing in the field.
