Our country, founded upon the principles of Judeo-Christian values, has once again suffered under the hand of an assassin who murdered Charlie Kirk; husband, father of two children, and a conservative Christian man who founded Turning Point USA. He was a great debater, and was one who reached across the aisle to promote conservative values and to bring in America’s youth. Charlie was unapologetic in his teachings. He was an avid supporter of the second amendment in addition to the entire Bill of Rights. He was a teacher who proclaimed the necessity of our being a moral country in order to self-govern. He once stated that we are no longer a Christian nation, but our country was founded upon Christian values which creates incompatibility. He taught fiscal responsibility, free markets, and capitalism. Our fellow countrymen and women cannot survive upon hatred, hurting or killing one another due to political disagreements. Guns do not shoot themselves. Children should be safe in their schools. Hatred should not be a form of virtue signaling. Death should not be celebrated. We need accountability in this country and the maximum penalty without excuses for what just happened to Mr. Kirk. God blessed America for its moral values; not for hatred.
